Thomas & Betts is a company that designs, manufactures, and markets more than 200,000 different electrical components used by a wide variety of industrial and commercial customers. They also have a state-of-the-art distribution facility to get those orders out. What’s not so obvious is their choice of location for the facility: the sleepy Mississippi town of Byhalia. Understandably, marketing managers at T&B saw a need to shine a light on their facility and it’s cutting edge, time and cost-saving technology. So they called us to help them create a new video that showcases T&B’s distribution prowess.
Breaking out of the mold by filming from every possible angle—aerials, conveyor shots, and tight macros—we followed the life of a package from order to processing to fulfillment to the truck. Sound and visuals played off the center’s qualities: fast, sleek, high-tech, fluid, efficient, and future-focused. Handling all the filming, editing, and post-work in-house allowed us to fine-tune every detail and seamlessly execute our concept.
The result? A clear and compelling illustration of this vital aspect of T&B’s competitive edge and an effective B2B marketing tool that continues to attract the attention of, distributors, utilities, OEMs, and many other customers who depend on T&B products and service. Check it out!
