FedEx raised awareness of FedEx World Service Centers in lesser-known locations with a robust mix of tactics we themed “Right Under Your Nose.” This concept was visually (literally) in your face, balanced by a friendly, helpful, inviting tone. Campaign elements included variable data direct mail, geo-targeted online ads, emails, sign walkers, package stickers, and social media posts.
