Oden Moves Into Adapted and Preserved Historic Building

Oden, a Memphis-based, B2B marketing communications firm, has moved into their new office space at 158 Vance, the preserved and adapted former Columbia Pictures building on the border of downtown’s South Main historic district.

The company purchased the 77-year-old vacant commercial printing facility in early 2017 and has since completed a top-to-bottom renovation to transform the historic property to suit the needs of the 35+ team members’ office use.

The new space was designed to enhance the company’s ability to serve their clients, team members, and community. With the installation of advanced technology, the new building includes office space and a parking garage, and features an open-concept plan to foster greater collaboration.

The building occupies a prominent intersection at the corner of Vance and BB King, just south of FedExForum. With numerous other retail, commercial, and residential projects either underway or opening soon, the development comes at an exciting time for the area.
