Todd is responsible for the financial, accounting, human resources, legal, and administrative functions at Oden. He is also responsible for ensuring Oden regulatory compliance and supervising risk management. His combination of experience, professional skills, and expertise as CFO helps ensure that Oden remains on a solid foundation, with the capacity and infrastructure needed to serve our clients. He became Vice President in 2007.

Before joining Oden in 1998, Todd worked at Arthur Anderson, Sara Lee, Media Services, International Paper, and Skywire. He received a Bachelor’s of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. A Certified Public Accountant, Todd is an active member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs.
