As CEO, Bill leads the way in shaping Oden’s future. He’s responsible for opportunity assessment and the continual evolution of Oden’s value proposition and service offering. Bill chairs the management team, fostering leadership development and a forward vision. He is heavily involved in business development and serves as a strategic resource to clients and internal teams.

Bill was with First Tennessee Bank for nearly 18 years, rising to Vice President of Marketing. He joined Oden as Vice President in 1986 to create our marketing group. He was named Senior Vice President in 1989 and Principal in 1994. Bill became CEO in 1996 upon the retirement of founder Dale Oden.

A board member since 2003, Bill served as 2008–2009 President of the Association of Professional Design Firms (APDF). He holds a B.S.Ed. from the University of Memphis.
